Patricia Marcaide, Global Travel Manager, Sibelco

Patricia Marcaide has worked for mining company Sibelco since 2003, originally as assistant to the country manager for Spain, and is now global travel manager. During that time, her achievements have included consolidating from 30 travel management companies to one globally and also rolling out Concur Request/Travel/Expense worldwide. Current projects include optimising online booking tool content and the company hotel programme, and sustainability. Patricia was recently named Best European Travel Manager of the Year by European Mission Awards.
