Stephen has enjoyed working in the travel industry for more than 30 years in various travel management roles. During this time he has developed a strong understanding of travel suppliers’ core dependencies, business processes and commercial needs. Stephen then turned his focus to help a number of large multinational clients optimise their travel programmes. His areas of expertise include travel programme strategies, global sourcing, supplier and customer portfolio management, implementation and commercial development. Married with four children, Stephen is a regular contributor to Buying Business Travel (BBT) and an Associate Director of ITM.
