Booking is guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email from Panacea Publishing.  Any bookings made less than 2 weeks before the Awards must be pre-paid by cheque or credit card. In the event that the Buying Business Travel Awards 2019 is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund will be made of any booking fees already paid. However, if the event is postponed for reasons beyond the direct control of the organisers, this booking will be transferred to the revised date of the event and all these Terms and Conditions shall apply to any such transferred booking.

The cancellation policy for dinner reservations is as follows. There will be a 25% cancellation fee for all cancellations made up to 8 weeks prior to the event (26 November 2018). Cancellations received between November 26 and December 24, 2018, will be charged at 50% and all cancellations made after the 24th December 2018 will be charged at 100%.  All cancellations must be sent to egordon@panaceapublishing.com
